1. What The Hub is

The Hub ("we," "us") is a subscription tool that generates ready-to-post content plans and provides step-by-step guides ("Playbooks") for making money online through methods like faceless video, affiliate marketing, UGC, digital products, and e-commerce. We give you strategy, content, and instructions. You create the accounts, post the content, and run your own business.

2. No income promises

We do not guarantee any income, results, or outcomes. What you earn depends on your effort, consistency, niche, and factors outside our control. Any examples or figures shown are illustrative, not promises. Making money online takes real, sustained work, and many people earn little or nothing. You accept this risk.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use The Hub.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans bill on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past charges except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affects you.
• Optional "credits" (for example, video credits) are add-on purchases. Once a credit is used, it is not refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use The Hub to break the law, spam, harass, infringe others' rights, or violate the rules of the platforms you post to (TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.). You are responsible for following those platforms' own terms, and for disclosing affiliate relationships as required by law (for example, FTC rules in the US).

6. Your content and ours

Content plans we generate for you are yours to use and edit for your own business. The Hub's software, brand, designs, and the prompt systems behind the generator remain our property. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the product itself.

7. Third-party tools and affiliate links

The Hub links to outside tools and platforms. Some of those links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful. We're not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Hub is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice — for those, consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Hub is not liable for lost profits, lost income, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using The Hub at any time.

11. The Hub affiliate program

If you join our affiliate program to promote The Hub:

• You earn the commission rate stated on our affiliate page for paid subscriptions you refer, for as long as that customer keeps paying.
• Commissions are paid on a regular schedule once your balance clears a small minimum payout, which we'll show you.
• A commission can be reversed ("clawed back") if the referred payment is later refunded, disputed, or charged back.
• Don't promote The Hub with spam, misleading claims, fake income promises, trademark bidding, or self-referrals. Doing so can forfeit commissions and end your participation.
• We may change the rate or end the program with reasonable notice; commissions already earned and cleared are still paid.
